When enquiring about a cake from us it’s always advisable to give us as much notice as possible to ensure the date is available, this is especially true for Wedding Cakes as they generally require much more of our time and attention than some of the other cakes that we make.

Because all of our cakes are bespoke designs there are so many factors to consider such as size, flavours and design, it is impossible for us to produce set price lists. For actual prices please get in touch to discuss what you would like and we will send you individual quotes tailored to suit your needs.

Upon ordering a cake you will receive an Invoice confirmation of your quote. This Invoice needs to be read thoroughly and all details checked and confirmed. A 50% deposit is required to confirm the booking of your cake order. Upon paying the 50% deposit you accept our terms and conditions. The remaining 50% balance must be paid on collection/delivery of the cake.

Payment can be made via bank transfer, cash or Paypal. We regret we cannot accept cheques or small coins as payment.

We are not a shop and as such all consultations or visits are strictly by appointment only.

Most of the time email or phone communication is all that is required when ordering a cake but for larger orders such as Wedding Cakes or for other complicated orders we are happy to offer a personal consultation and tasting service to discuss everything in detail and to give you a chance to sample some of our cake flavours to ensure we get everything just right for your occasion.

For our consultation and a cake tasting service there is a non-refundable fee starting at£10.00 per person which will be deducted from the cost of the cake when your order is made with us.

We usually plan set dates throughout the year when Katherine is free to do consultations.
